Our Practice

Providing adaptive, preeminent, and compassionate mental health care services in the Salt Lake City Valley for more than 25 years

Welcome to Insights Counseling, Inc, conveniently located west of I-15 off the 9000 S. exit. Here, our professionals know that mental health is not just about listening: it’s about creating strong coping mechanisms and recognizing behavior patterns that lead to unwanted results. It’s about prolonging the simple joy of maintaining meaningful relationships with ourselves and others! Our mission is to help our patients accomplish these goals in a compassionate and efficient way.

In our practice, we ask that you be ready and willing for personal reflection and improvement in order for the counseling process to be as successful as possible. Please be willing to communicate and enact your goals.

Our mental health professionals employ an eclectic style, incorporating elements of CBT, DBT, person-centered, narrative, psychoanalytic, and Gestalt approaches. We understand that one size does not fit all and address this in a way that is adaptive and consultative. Each of our mental health professionals offer a diverse realm of experience. Please see our services page to get a better idea.

By combining the latest with traditional techniques, we give our patients the best care in the valley.
